Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and a deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being forfeited.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.

No-shows and same-day cancellations may incur the full appointment fee.
